The highlight of the day was our pasta making and tiramisu class. There were about 20 of us, mostly Americans.

Entrance- Rosso Crudo restaurant

Before class started

We got to eat the tagliatelle and raviolis that we made. Delicious. I think the sauce they put on it made all the difference. But – we did it.

Tiramisu. Yum

The only part we got involved in was whipping of the cream. The rest was pretty well prepared in advance by the teacher. But we still had fun.

Stairwell – Shopping at Zara
Cocktails at hotel de ville

I’ve been here before with girlfriends. Happy to find it again by accident. So civilized!

Wandered into another hotel
New clothes from Zara
Laundry! Yay. But no dryer.

Getting ready to turn in but Caleb decided to make fresh pasta as a midnight snack. He may be on his own for that. I’ve helped a bit but so full. We also stopped for gelato before heading home – a requirement we dare not miss.

Final product

It was a valiant effort considering we had no space or adequate kitchen tools. Tomorrow is another day.

Good night.
