    July 24th, 2023

    Left O Cebreiro at 9:10. Arrived Triacastela at 3:30. 14 .2 miles.

Experiencing problems with program again. Towards end there are duplicate photos and text I just can’t get rid of so- you can zoom past. Hope you get the sequence anyway.

We are heading to Sarria next and will see lots more people as this is the beginning of a short pilgrimage that many people do in order to get a certificate of completion. End edit note.

This morning we left in the mist. It was cold and dewy and really different than what we’d experienced so far.

I had checked weather so we knew we needed to wear whatever warm clothes we had. Mind you, we really need to do laundry. In the end, we worked it out. Our hands were numb, but we persevered.

The second part of the day had us traveling through cow country and we spent a fair amount of time watching our step to avoid the inevitable droppings.

    Always a sense of humor

Gone are the quiet days and blissful solitude. Tomorrow we will be in Sarr

Luckily our hotel has a laundry facility. It took awhile but we are in possession of clean clothes.

What a view. So now we are finishing the day with a hotel that had laundry. That took forever but we have clean clothes. Life is good.

Caleb has a great sense of humor

This ground cover looked like a lavender haze. The dew makes it rather spectacular.

Www are excited that there are
